My name is Lindsay de Villiers-Husada, a passioned Pet Portrait and Wildlife Artist. Born in Belgium, raised in the Netherlands, I immigrated to South Africa where my love for wildlife and nature grew and has continued to do so ever since.

After one year of Capetonian living I decided to move back to the Netherlands and start a new journey at the university. At this moment I am happily studying a degree in Psychology and working part-time as a physiotherapist. However, I could not resist picking up an old love for drawing. I am a self-taught artist currently specialized in realistic pastel paintings.

My goal is to capture an animals true character in a painting and to use my abilities for the greater good. We live on such a beautiful planet with so many different species. Unfortunately many are in danger and I hope to give them a voice though my artwork. I’m currently working on a range that brings awareness about the impact of our human actions on the world around us. Additionally, +10% of profit goes to wildlife and nature conservation!
