In the past 25 years, forests shrank by an area bigger than the size of South Africa. Every year an area the size of Switzerland (38300 square km) is lost to deforestation. Our forests are home to 80% of terrestrial biodiversity. This is devastating, but we can all contribute and be part of the solution!

Additionally, we can buy certified wood products, go paperless whenever possible, limit our consumption of products that use palm oil, buy recycled products and recycle them again, raise awareness, and plant trees!
